CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) urges the Customer (“You”, “User” or “Your”) to check every detail specified while placing your order for the Services with POPKEY PRIVATE LIMITED(“Company”, “Us”, “We” or “Our”), in order to avoid cancellation as far as possible. We are available to take up your queries and provide any clarification regarding your orders through our Contact Team, the contact details of which are mentioned herein or may be available on the website.

By visiting us at https://www.popkey.in/ (“Website”, “Platform” or “Site”), providing your information or availing out service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Terms & Conditions and other applicable Company Policies, and agree to be governed by the laws of India. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Website.

This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Company (“Terms”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

We have the right to make any changes or make modifications from time to time. Any changes made to this policy will be updated on this page timely. Kindly check this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the changes. As a customer of our Services and user of the Website, it is your responsibility to check this page frequently.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

In order to be eligible for a refund after payment has been made, the services should not have been redeemed / used. Refunds will not be granted for any reason, on any order made, in which you have used the Services / Storage locker facilities provided by the Company. However, you may also be eligible for a refund in case of a damaged or defective storage locker provided by us.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND:

Once you place an order with the Company on or through the Site, you may choose to cancel your order and you may request for a refund to be initiated, under the condition that you cancel the order within 30 minutes from confirming/placing your order.

In case you request for cancellation of your order after 30 minutes from confirmation of the same, then refund may only be initiated based on our sole discretion. However, you may still request for a refund by contacting us at contact@popkey.in and such refund shall be limited to a maximum ceiling of 50% of the total amount paid by you and shall only be granted based on our sole discretion.

Our Cancellation & Refund policy lasts five (5) days. If five (5) days have gone by since your placement of order / purchase of the services, then we can offer cancellation, but we cannot offer you any refund.

 

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE STORAGE LOCKERS:

In case you have received a damaged or defective storage locker at the time of storing your Items, you may request for a replacement storage locker by contacting us in the watsapp BOT/ call / email id provided herein, and providing a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photographs of the defective / damaged storage locker. However, you shall only be eligible to receive a full refund for damaged or defective storage locker, if replacement of storage lockers is not available / not possible. We shall assess the situation keeping in mind your best interests and upon our confirmation such, replacement of storage locker / refund shall be initiated.

 

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND PROCESS:

To cancel and refund your order, if applicable, contact us through email via contact@popkey.in and in the subject line type your order number and the words “Cancellation & Refund”. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

You are required to attach a copy of your order and proof of payment / receipt, along with any other applicable attachments mentioned under this Policy, to the email provided herein.

Once your email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the “Cancellation & Refund” email. We will initiate the cancellation process and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim does not meet our criteria, we will not refund any amount paid by you for the Services.

If you are approved, refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five to seven (5-7) business days. However, if you haven’t received a refund even after approval, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund; Please contact us at contact@popkey.in with this subject line, “(ORDER NUMBER) – REFUND”.
